Mediation Practice

Jeremy mediates full time following over twenty years representing parties in litigation. Jeremy prides himself in being able to help attorneys and their clients successfully navigate negotiations to an amicable resolution.

For Jeremy, the settlement process and resolution strategy is just as interesting as the various stages of litigation. Having worked in both plaintiff-side and defense-side litigation practices, Jeremy approaches mediation with an appreciation and understanding of all sides of a dispute.

Professional Experience

Jeremy has a wealth of experience in representing all types of litigants from individuals to Fortune 50 companies. No matter the size of the dispute or the parties involved, litigation is consuming and consequential for everyone. Jeremy also brings a depth of procedural experience to mediations. Jeremy has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts and has frequently represented parties in state and federal appellate matters.

Jeremy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. Jeremy spent his career litigating in major markets, including New York City, Los Angeles, and throughout California. Prior to his mediation practice, Jeremy was a partner with Lagerlof, LLP, in Pasadena, California.

Outside the Office

Jeremy is happily married to his wife who he met on the first day of college at the University of Michigan. They have two sons, who share Jeremy’s love of rock music and Michigan sports, and a rescue dog named Annie.
