Terms and Fees

$10,000 — full-day mediation for class actions, PAGA, and other complex matters.  This fee includes all preparation, pre-mediation conferences, and up to eight hours in the mediation session.  There are no additional costs for travel.

$8,500 — full-day mediation for single plaintiff/single defendant matters.  This fee includes all preparation, pre-mediation conferences, and up to eight hours in the mediation session.  There are no additional costs for travel.

$5,000 — half-day mediation.  Half-day mediations will be conducted virtually.  This fee includes all preparation, pre-mediation conferences, and up to four hours in the mediation session.

Mediation fees are due upon booking and will be split evenly between the parties unless a separate agreement has been reached.

Mediation fees include a nonrefundable $750 administrative fee per party. All other mediation fees will be fully refunded if mediation is canceled more than 21 days in advance of a scheduled mediation.  Mediation fees will not be refunded for a cancellation within 21 days of a scheduled mediation unless the date is rebooked with another case.  There is no fee for a continuance, but it is requested that continuances be sought at least 21 days in advance.
